Greetings most recently from Las Vegas, home of the Consumer Electronics Show. CES, like Sundance, SXSW, and ComiCon before it, was once an important but small, niche geekfest of its respective genre, and is now gigantic, broad, and big business. New Media Moguls in the high stakes poker room are a sight to behold. The business of tech investing, in the media sector in particular, is still more of a crapshoot, I think.
This week's scrape of the web is a result of: coming up from Down Under; add the smoke and haze of the casinos and the 20 Million Square Foot Convention Floor; throw in a red-eye (middle seat, Jet Blue); and you get a longer than usual list of intriguing pieces for this week.
The LZ Sunday Paper exposes and recirculates interesting content that is about, and for, women in business, along with a dose of ultra-relevant culture. We think that culture comes in sizes high, medium, and low. Our audience for this content is vast and not gender-driven. Every week we expect at least one good laugh.
Send us what you read, hear, or see, and tell us what you think at LZSundayPaper@gmail.com. And definitely keep clicking and sharing here, each week.
Most of all, Enjoy!
HAPPY NEW YEAR
LZ
