Sunday Paper-ites,
If I actually Tweeted out my thoughts during the week, and I wasn't limited to 140 characters for each thought, here are some of the things I would have said:
The German aircraft disaster is chilling and discomfiting in every way…I can't tell if Tina Fey's "Unbreakable" is brilliant or kind of shallow and a little offensive, but I love it…How come there seems to be universal acknowledgement about the joys of an emerging spring and the changing of the seasons, complete with harvest holidays and snowy depictions of Christmas, when much of the world does not have weather systems that mirror the NorthEastern U.S.?…Do middle children of families of 5 (or 7 or 9) mirror the characteristics of classic scientific studies of 3-children families?…Do you know how your family is referred to by other families on a resort vacation? i'm pretty sure ours is "the tall family," or possilbe "the weird family"…right now I'd like "the loud & annoying family" to decamp to an alternative set of beach chairs…
Whether or not you chose to spend your spring break vacation overpaying for mediocre food and beverages in a scenic locality, you might find value in the news clips below. Delivered by the virtual paper girl to your digital front door, our Sunday Paper is a digest of news about women – women in business, cultural happenings, and some interesting related news that you might have missed coming across your (too) busy radar screen.
You can find the most recent copy of the paper and the Archive at LZSundayPaper.com. You can send me a note or an item you think I should see at LZSundayPaper@gmail.com. Look for tweets and re-tweets all week long @LZSundayPaper.
Enjoy the read,
LZ

The LZ Sunday Paperâ„¢ (soon to be registered trademarked and copyrighted) launched at the dawn of 2014. We expose and recirculate interesting content that is about, and frequently by, women in business, with a dose of ultra-relevant culture. We think that culture comes in size high, medium, and low. Our audience for this content is vast and not gender-driven. Every week we expect at least one good laugh. Send suggestions, clips, or names of people you think might enjoy this to LZSundayPaper@gmail.com.
