Dear Readers,
As readers know, I am constantly on the lookout for good resources to give to and/or to spread the word about. Usually, it's with a lens focused on benefitting women, Black people, and people of color. This woman seems smart, has a team of experts helping her, and is really, really, exceptionally rich. She has already given away almost 2 billion dollars already and is determined to give away scores of billions more. Scores of billions? Yes. So I'm thinking it's a pretty good list. So even if you have only 1/200,000,000th of her wealth, she has done a lot of the heavy lifting for you and you can have a thrilling second and a half when you realize that this really rich and do-gooding lady has worked for you, for a change.
In newsletter-land, I think I got a bunch (or "boatload," relative to my subscriber-ship) of new subscribers in the last few weeks. Maybe because of this nice mention. Maybe because the world is looking backwards because the future doesn't look so bright and wants to know what I think about Cable TV -- uhhh, what's that again? Well, in any case, if each "unsubscribe" is like a dagger to the heart, each "subscribe" is like a bunch of daisies. You can't help but be cheered up by them.
This is an overwhelmingly large-sized edition. So, veterans, I'm sending it extra early so you can have an extra 20 minutes under your feather-light summer duvet. Plebes, buckle up and dive in, headfirst, into the most important news of the week about women in politics, business, the arts, fashion, sports and pop culture. Guaranteed discovery of something you didn't know before. Discover, amplify, and share a voice you hadn't heard before. Have a laugh. Or at least a smirk.
Thank you to so many subscribers for sending me pieces from great, fresh and diverse sources. Send me more resources, plus any articles, photos, or videos you think I need to see right here.

Oh and guess who has a massive toe infection (warning! Graphic Images!! Cipro! 30 days!) right before my annual tennis tourney?…That would be me and my right big toe.
And no, it's not Covid-toe, thanks for making sure…
See you next week,

The LZ Sunday Paperâ„¢ launched at the dawn of 2014. We expose and recirculate interesting content that is about, and frequently by, women in business, with a dose of ultra-relevant culture. We think that culture comes high and low, not much in between. Our audience is vast and not gender-driven. Every week we expect to deliver at least one good laugh. Send suggestions, clips, or names of people you think might enjoy this to LZSundayPaper@gmail.com.
