Dear Friends and Followers,
Past, present, future:
Yesterday: Went car shopping--why is it such a deeply unpleasant experience in car showrooms?
Today: Sorting through so much incredibly interesting and important news for you today.
Tomorrow: Headed out of town on business.
Semi-related funfact: the title of my final student film project in college was "Past, Present, Future (Tense)." I was not a film major but I took a bunch of courses in film and media theory but a couple in actual film production. Many of my closest friends and certainly many my close professional ties go back to that group of college peers. When you're in college, I guess you don't know if the person with the "really good" student film or short story or film or piece of pottery or acting role is going to turn into a famous person? Most don't. But a lot do! The idea of pursuing to the point of disappointment or maybe futility versus the idea of perseverance is really what your 20's is all about, right? I think it might be the most interesting and actually the toughest decade of transformation.
Well, on that existential note, let's get back very much to the present and immerse in today’s most important, thought-provoking news about women in politics, news, business, media, campus life, health, science, the arts, and pop culture. Hand-picked by me, in my 50's, just for you, of all ages.

Masthead experimentation continues. I really like the intensity and gravitas of Speaker Pelosi, above. We will all be watching as closely as she appears to be, this week.

The LZ Sunday Paperâ„¢ launched at the dawn of 2014. We expose and recirculate interesting content that is about, and frequently by, women in business, with a dose of ultra-relevant culture. We think that culture comes high and low, not much in between. Our audience is vast and not gender-driven. Every week we expect to deliver at least one good laugh. Send suggestions, clips, or names of people you think might enjoy this to LZSundayPaper@gmail.com.
