Dear Subscribers,
Last Sunday I noted a bout of vertigo, which had started a few days before. A big THANK YOU to the scores of people who wrote me to share their own stories of vertigo. I was amazed at how common a story it seems to be. And, like Regis Philbin knew long ago, always ask the audience for the right answer.
It seems that the right answer the diagnosis is BPPV, Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo. In my case, the cause seemed viral. The cure, elusive in so many cases, came quickly for me. Although I was *just* about to try the home remedy version of the much touted Epley Maneuver, I didn't have to. The extreme, uncannily destabilizing symptoms started to lift just as I was about to rotate my my head in somewhat unnatural ways, which is somehow supposed to help. So it's gone. My e-friends were 100% correct, and I'm sorry for the folks who have really lived with this almost chronically, on and off for years.
This week's edition is another head-spinning digest of news, hand-picked, especially for you. I think every publication is revving up their output during this heightened month of awareness for women.

The LZ Sunday Paperâ„¢ launched at the dawn of 2014. We expose and recirculate interesting content that is about, and frequently by, women in business, with a dose of ultra-relevant culture. We think that culture comes high and low, not much in between. Our audience is vast and not gender-driven. Every week we expect to deliver at least one good laugh. Send suggestions, clips, or names of people you think might enjoy this to LZSundayPaper@gmail.com.
