The "Anti-Gravity" Edition
Dear Subscribers,
As loyal readers, you know that we are just back from two weeks on a different time zone and different Covid zone. In case you were wondering, we are doing well on both fronts.
On the Covid front, despite a mid-trip sort of massive headache-y/not-myself couple of days, my many home-tests and then official lab test to enter the U.S. proved negative. But that, frankly, is just basically a random miracle, since Ireland and the UK were as maskless and seemingly carefree as a rally in Florida. Wall-to-wall in pubs for music sessions, theaters full of unmasked Shakespeare and Hare appreciators, we seem to have escaped variant 2.
Of secondary concern was being out of practice for extensive time-zone travel. So far, no problem in either direction. A spate of back-to-the-old-days of Spring travel awaits. I won’t count my chickens before I need to count my sheep to go to sleep.
Gotta run — there are matzah balls to make for Seder this week. Happy Passover! It’s one of those double header years, Passover/Easter weekend. It’s a good month not to be a lamb.
